People have been suspicious of NAV in market downturn, especially when company was lossmaking. But profitable now, so discount harder to understand.
Maybe also because stock is illiquid so not attractive to institutions.
I'm not sure about building market, but at a 60% discount to NAV, I'd rather buy AVJ shares than one of their houses !!
