as long as valuations havnt been hit too hard aez will be ok.

one thing to keep in mind..the buildings may have lost half their value, but the rents have not halved.
do the sums..aez was paying up to 10c divy.. say it takes 5 years to get to half of that amount.you will virtually get your money back evey year...worth getting a few and hanging on imo...

lets get my legion of followrers to buy up to 10c...
