@Freddy - fair enough on the entertainment front, was fishing, but no bites.
I agree on the Microsoft, no direct revenue, but a large platform from which to produce revenue/grow. An alternative to Google, with Bing growing market share. Not necessarily Microsoft's preferred supplier though, just using their Cloud.
I am not so sure about the re-rating just because the deal closes. The issue of shares to Adslot and thru placement will increase the market cap @3.5 to $17million (from $7million). This is with no material revenue to speak of. Yes, a trial could produce this, but the company hasn't even announced a trial has started yet, how can they when they don't own it I suppose?, still it was referenced in the entitlement doc, so full disclosure and keeping the market informed should see an announcement to keep the market informed.
If it got to 10cents ( I realise this isn't Freddy's number suggestion), that would be a market cap of (at a guesstimate) $65million. Would need some serious revenue visibility to back that up.
I am still not convinced that some minor Adslot holdings will be sold on market. Especially those that particpated in the cap raising, buying @3.5, but selling as they crank the price higher, all the while keeping their shareholding at the same level, but pocketing the profits. Just a theory.
Major shareholders should be Barlow, the other Adslot bloke and Morris from computershare. Chairman should increase as well, could be some suprises though.
Will be interested to see any broker coverage. Would read something like: Searworld - not producing enough revenue, loss making operation/no sign of growth Webfirm - solid part of the business, not a big profit spinner though MapMedia - missing in action while announcements are continually delayed Adslot - could be a game changer, but no one knows just yet what it will be.
@Ronstaa - you have progressed from not even knowing about the trial, to knowing the rumour and predicting the next month will see some interesting developments........hope your sources are right (or that you have sources!).
