Just wondering what stake PacMag has in Nevada Copper if thats what I am reading?

None. As far as I'm aware, Nevada Copper is mentioned a lot as they have a comparable resource to Pacmag.

A scrip/cash offer for Pacmag has been made by the TSX listed company Entree Gold (TSX:ETG).

The current deal offers PMH holders approximately:

• CAD$0.0415 per PMH share


• AND .1018 Entree shares per PMH share

The most recent quarterly is probably a good place to look for the details of the proposed deal.

Pacmag is currently trading at a sizeable discount to this deal.
