the last three good dow days (over 100 points) over recent weeks has seen this barely move, today is again a poor performace thus far. too many sellers keeping price pegged. the big players want to pick this one up for as cheap as possible in order to get the big profits. frustating to have to sit and wait for what probably will be a long time just to get back to the old starting point of 80c.
