ERG s lawyers should ask NSW govt. questions in the hearing

We have e-mailed the shareholders request to ERG/VID board on 6/2/2010.

NSW govt. should answer following questions at front of public ---

1. Using same solution of ERG, Why NSW govt spend TAX payers double cost, and delay extra 4 years, to redo it by another tender, rather than finish by ERG with 6 months?

2. Why NSW govt. was hiding the new vender, do not dare to issue the results of new T-Card winner? What is the relationship between them, particular with 2 former NSW govt. leader? If it is Cubic, Will NSW govt. take responsibility if its quality like QLD GO Card problems? Whether the govt. do not care quality and tax payer s money, only concern some self special requirement?

As we forecast Cubic s quality problem, ABC NEWS --- Go Card error investigated, an investigation is underway into how one person s Go Card credit was wrongly transferred to another person with the same name.
