more likely hartleys have been selling as mostly retail takeup not insto of their "placement", couple that with what looks like the old house broker exiting their insto holdings and the SP looks stuck in the mud.
Not even worth trading this. Pity will be that if they hit halletsville big we may get more capping from this endless selling.
