Well they got the rap over the knuckles they deserved for leaking to DJNewswire vs an ASX release. Personal fines, or a day in the stocks outside their offices might be more effective deterrents.
Half reassured by the words that any equity raising would mostly be on an entitlement basis. I guess mostly means not entirely, hence we will be mugged somewhat by the instos.
I really reckon AOE took control of the project because it was too big for LNGI, and I further reckon LNGI's budget was shot, it was always so implausibly cheap. Now AOE only really suggesting that it will still be competitive on a $/tonne basis.
I don't see our sp soaring until the cost and funding issues are clarified.
Not myself prepared to buy more without more clarity.
