Adslot is the main game, if that doesn't capture some revenue, they may as well try to buy something else.

Searchworld is barely breathing, maybe Adslot will compliment it and they can rise together?

Mapmedia is a sideshow and I can't see large revenues from it. Would be nice to see some revenue for their efforts though.

I am guessing most of the Adslot holders (especially the WFM directors) will be putting their shares in Escrow once issued, so shouldn't see a large sell down, but considering they may not have even put $3mil into the company and are receiving $6mil, you may see some profit taking by some holders.

The Adslot trial will be crucial, any buying during the trial might give a guide as to progress, but huge risks and management really need to deliver on their impressive credentials.
