Towner is the problem. Clearly his going was part of the agreed resolution to the board shakeup... hasn't happened yet.
So likely no new support from brokers/insto's who would have heard long and hard just how buggered up this show got from previous and current investors/insto's/house brokers etc etc.
Nice to see communication hasn't improved. Here we are (and probably most other one time interested parties) thinking smolik was a dud but its the weather. Wonder how many insiders were "informed".
Only makes me even more sure that the newest board member was spot on with questions about what management actually do here.
Be nice if Mitchell would bother returning shareholders calls to, but he's obviously just following in his mates footsteps.
Gotta also wonder how much of a haircut they'll take on offloading the other WI they've acquired as part of getting the TNT deal done. You can almost guarantee they'll announce they've decided to keep the additional interests until the gas market improves... leading to the obvious question: why did you buy them then?
Even the debt roll down was simply from the placement that only put existing shareholders off side and has now put the new shareholders off side with the lack of a profit.
Farce.
Resign now Towner, once and for all. Will be 4 years of a declining SP soon. Long enough I'd say for the MD to walk. Without any bonus.
