With an announcement due as soon as Wednesday (and tomorrow (Tues) being a public holiday here in Aus), I would expect some late speculative buying this arvo.
The States are due for a bounce especially as The US senate is expected to vote in Bernanke again - which played a major part in the sell off Friday.
