China has taken a leaf from Australia's book and legislated towards similar bank reserves requirements.
America knows we have a better banking regulator and so does Obama which is something he is working on right now, along with their similarly stuffed health system.
This latest equity value scream from the American people is confirmation they are waking up to it IMHO.
