certain companies may have their own policies but its that they cant trade when they have maket semistive info
i rememeber AUM/CDU director bought hundreds of thousands of 100c options for under 5c, about a week later they had great lab results and those option ran to 9 dollars.
A 100 bagger plus, but hey the asx are all over it
