To be fair Holy, if (IF) you strip out the "value" of the value-less exploration to date of GGX, AND you accept the carrying value of the GGX tenements, the 10cent screws are probably worth closer to 30 cents (relative to the current OIP share price - there's no way that's been sold down ahead of the vote is there?).
If (IF) you apply a reasonable market arbitrary value 10 cents (for the screws) is, in my view, much more accurate.
There's many big IF's in that sentence. !
