On the contrary, I think they're worth much more than $1.50 and I'm surprised that FAS would be offering them up for anything like that.

I would have thought that the top 20 holders and the voting majority would consider their 21m GWR shares to be worth well in excess of $100m untapped.

In a way I'm intrigued by the prospect that they think it's worth converting that asset to cash for a portion of its value because it suggests that they have great confidence in what that cash can do for Mahendra's, etc.

Anyway, I'd welocme more insight from you on what they're offering for sale. Perhaps they are seeking 30m for a part of their holding?
