Don't be fooled about stocks not going lower.

Goldsearch is probably out of time now and will not be able to raise fresh capital due to its lack of credibility and poor cash management (they had $9M in cash in the bank less than 2 years ago and now they have only $5M in assets, with much of that due to those listed investments going up in value, have a look at the deals they did with Queensland Mining Corporation that came to nothing (that is another dog story courtesy of Novus Capital but more on that in a separate diatribe)).

The recent GSE run up was a day traders paradise and a rampers nirvana. I will guarantee that the majority of the selling, if not all, came from what used to be Aequs now known as Investor First, right David (aka Cerebus ?), our little ladyboy friend would have made a few quick dollars I am sure.

IMO, this stock is an avoid, sell, poison, do not touch it.
