Jess9: "Maybe a cash and scrip deal" (for taking out ITC). Jees9, I do agree that ITC must be on the minds of VPE, as VPE recently secured the extra 20% stake to get into a dominant position.
Just wonder what kind of deal ($$$?) VPE will be willing or rather will have to offer to in fact become successful in a take-over (and/or if a competitor might also bid for ITC). Comments welcome as usual.
