builda I dont believe the company did anything wrong
ive been involved as a share holder in a company called ipernica( ipr )yes the directors had done a marvellous
job to get omi to where they got becoming cash flow positive .patent courts are a hard call in the us
the big boys simple wiped omi out powerful lawyers
and big bucks endless amounts of money to crush the would
be companies who would try to take their market share away the directors of omi imo were amateurs to not understand that . I tried to discuss patent protection with him it with director kiehne who disgracefully hung up on me .
hope he hasnt misplaced his blue fitter and turner overhauls and enjoys a return to his real trade
a hard days work for a days pay !
