    It's undervalued signifcantly compared to peers, perhaps 100-150% discount going by market cap.

    I think an announcement from the company in relation to 2010 plans would go a long way to closing that value gap pretty quickly. I have one eye on 40 cent price target reasonably soon.

    Liquidity is a problem however as it tends to keep the traders away.
