I'm only down 1.5k, so not too much pain, just an expensive lesson.
I believe the retards running this company have breached the corporations act. One instance is the lack of AGM for 2009.

RG 44.3 Every public company that has more than one member must hold an AGM:
(a) at least once in each calendar year; and
(b) within five months after the end of its financial year (s250N(2) and s250N(4)).
RG 44.4 The penalty for failing to hold an AGM on time is $1000 or imprisonment for three months or both.

Now whos going to jail?
Considering that they more then likely did not request an extension from ASIC and the company secretry is nowhere to be found.

I would suggest that we request an extraordinary general meeting, but suspect that this would have no effect.
