what to buy cnp or cer, page-13

I held CNP but swapped to CER last August. Basically I want distributions more than capital gain. Having said that I hold a large parcel (7 figures) of CER shares so and capital gain whilst not fantastic as CNP will still be welcomed.

Another reason for swapping to CER was the 100% concrete asset backing the trust has. CNP has 49% "paper" assets so the SP needs factoring on this.

I believe both CNP and CER are on the mend and further financial sorting with structures should only help.

I'd buy CNP now except I've grabbed a large parcel of MDT which is still distressed but like CNP / CER should recover. Again MDT for the divies.

    So primarily...

CNP for higher capital gain + divies "later"
CER for divies and lower capital gain

The above is my understanding so anything I have wrong please correct me guys.
