Unfortunately at present it seems to be politically incorrect for "experts" to promote purchase of oil stocks and also suggest that US$40+ oil is most likely here to stay.

Though I anticipate that will change in a big way - possibly straight after the US election when it may become more common knowledge or acceptable in the USA to seriously suggest that oil is not going to $20 or $30 a barrel again.

The braindead in the USA (the sheep who have an inability to think for themselves) and also many who do not have the time, and so have the misfortune of relying on investment funds that are investing in hi tech etc. at 50 times PE to do the right thing by them, will get quite a shock.
