Tomorrow is supposed to be an announcement for the winner of a new toll contract. TCL (Transurban) is the expected winner. TCL is up 3-4% today. However they are believed to be doing a J.V. on this with AIX.
All things remaining equal, IMHO, AIX should jump a few % tomorrow.
