it would seem that AVE has already factored in the takeover and obviously the market likes it with there price at $1.44 and IOR at $1.19 few people have woken up to the premium on the IOR shares when converted 9 IOR for 8 AVE
8 x AVE 1.445 = 11.56
9 x IOR $1.19 = 10.71
on 10000 shares net premium of $984
