Agree, I don't expect it to trade 90cents unless distribution commences. May be 2011-2012 a possibility. Good thing is that it has enough time now to reduce debt or look for equity raising. I would be happy even if it trades at quarter of NA , that will make it around 45cents. I can probably retire if it did.
