The AGM was today at 11am (Melbourne time). Easy to get mixed up as the meeting was changed about four times.
It's very odd that the result of the vote hasn't been announced yet.
On looking through the Empire Note Terms I saw the Use of Funds included 'funding for the Issuer's [BOS] acquisition of shares in Commonwealth Biotechnologies.'
Anyone know more about that? Strange wording. Not only does it not mention the RMG merger, but I thought the deal with CBTE was a swap. Biosignal's IP plus some shares, for 2.6 m CBTE. Maybe they mean funding to do the deal, rather than funds to purchase CBTE shares?
Anyone get to the AGM? Any news?
