IMO there can little doubt that the ann. will be positive based on MEO's description of the preferred farminee and that the forthcoming ann. will provide "the details of the farm-in transaction".

The only unknown will be the level of positivity (yes it is a real word)that will arise from the details but the details will mostly impact on MEO. For example, if MEO ends up with 25% of Artemis, this is a benefit to MEO, not MOG.
