MEO did an issue at 45cents recently when the SP was ~60c, they were trading at ~40c earlier this week. There is a good enough chance that MOG will trade below the 18c price within the next few weeks not to be buying now.

MOG has not yet been tested, Blind Freddy knows that as soon as 77million 18c shares get allocated people will be selling to lock in profits or just to get out. MOG has to be a ST sell IMO.

I'm Long MEO from buys at 23c, and more recently 43.5c and 44.5c and expecting good news, MEO's SP has passed the selling pressure test.
