welcome back skip. CSN have more than enough cash to have a tilt at a company. They tend to like to 'own' the assets as opposed to being a passive investor from what i have read. I think that quick offer of some 24k shares was an attempt by the now scared shorter's to try and break the stock down. It was placed just as the stock looked weak. Keep an eye on the ASX short list of the next couple of days to see if the number increases. I am expecting riv to have a very solid 2010 as well regardless of the short term share price movements. dyor.
