RI, Placement, and RT acquisition haven't really added that many "loose" shares to the register.
The 120mil shares for RT are escrowed for 12 months plus Albers probably wouldn't sell them on market anyway.
Albers had ~30mil shares pre RI plus whatever he picked up in the RI
So that leaves around maximum 140mil shares in potentially loose hands, possibly less depending on Albers RI participation.
