Going by the wording of the announcement they seem fairly confident the placement will happen;
"The Company will make a further announcement when such shortfall has been placed."
"The Company expects to complete the placement within 48 hours"
They mention they are only placing "part" of the shortfall. Are the directors taking up the rest of the shortfall?
