It would seem that Although chm was a company it was illegally listed on the asx through criminal fraud...so one of chm's claims against mmx as to allegedly recieving chm shares and selling them for profit might be in jeopardy, as they were illegal instruments, and any profit was not too much of a loss to chm as they should never have existed in the first place.....Looks like Chm management crooked and rotten from the top down since inception, Barnes and Roberts were probably trying to dupe an inoncent MMX through a nieve Grimaldi......Harbinger obviously had independent advice on all legal matters prior to spending up big on more highly undervalued MMX shares...Especially as MMX are expecting a "successfull" outcome to the opportunistic claim by chm...Market obvously feels this also ..evidence share prices and volumes traded of littigator and defendant
