If im thinking about not taking part in the RI im sure there may be a few others also thinking along the same lines..?

Tough decision as i know they have some good news coming ie Artemis farm-in (but conditional on RI & sh approval), I will have to go to a lot of trouble to find the funds, & when you can currently buy on market for less than the .180 RI price its a concern.
Management making each of the resolutions conditional on all of them being passed, is risky for new shareholders therefore no interest in buying, because if RI fails SP will tank, imo.

RI needs to be underwritten, or some other form of support to insure RI is succesful.
Or postpone closing date again(that would be good for me), because if alternate(?) arrangments have already been made for the drill rig on Cornea there shouldnt be a problem with another postponement!

ps, the schoolboy/girl error part is me averaging down on MOG, twice!.
