There is your answer in the announcement today - capital raising. Be interesting to see if SPP or Sophie. Can't remember if they have used their 15% up for this year yet. Otherwise if they are using that, it will be a maximum raised of:
15% of 175m (I think) shares = 26.3m shares at say 20c per share = $5.26m.
Question is, would that be enough. Otherwise it will have to be a SPP. Either way they will have to get shareholder approval if going over the 15% with means an EGM.
