at 1:1 they're basically forcing holders to participate,
you can sit back and do nothing and watch your holding be 'fully diluted' or you can ave down a bit and wait as imo i think they will most likely be t/o or heaven forbid at some stage go out of business completely which will not be a good result for anayone!.
