Vote Results Showed That:
Only Mr Duncan Saville voted Yes with his 260 million shares. 99% voters, who did vote with 6.5 millions shares, choiced to against. 11 millions Discretionary voters (no seriously) are potential against, as last vote they vote against delist (total 17 m against no change). Mini shareholders with 581 millions shares (67.6%) ignored VID or potential against.

It showed nobody support Mr Duncan Saville but himself. As we have revealed a years ago, that ERG true value exposed recently, shareholders see they were deceived by directors, and already form a against group. Once the laws restrict Mr Duncan Saville vote rights, (eg. when restructure), shareholder class action group could fire the board to force VIX-ERG to pay our 50% benefit. That is pressure on board.
