Because they always get away with it anyway!
They know you "suspect" but they know you can't do much.
Other wise you'd be at their desk chatting to them, looking at them in the eyes and putting much more money than what - we small shareholders - are investing.
Look GAU, UMC, GMI etc etc ...
that is why they (Managements) are gettgin use to abuse us more and more. But their time will come too
Patience. One day small shareholders will have a lot more power. Internet is a key. I suspect that next year websites could exist to put those that don't behave on the bad books....
