I agree with comments by others that then it seems to a lack facts.
I wonder if he knows some rumours that we don't - e.g. the banks are getting impatient and possibly are willing to take a loss. He continually refers to the banks being willing to take "haircut". Remember they got 15% of the company at $.14 a share and now have a profit on that.
Can anyone comment on what he says about all the institutions having sold earlier and that there is a sure is dominated by day traders. I thought there were significant number of large holders still beyond the lenders who gained the 15% share through the a debt for equity hybrid issue.
The penalty interest rates were selling cause a problem for profit but there is enough cash flow to continually pay interest and pay down debt. Looks like very slow growth still positive situation.
