Shinobal, the price took a massive hike on a low vol. of 723k of shares being traded.
When the instos buy in, they will push the price to the sky.
So I would think they prefer to make an offer to the shareholders rather than buy outright from the market.
With gold price currently showing no sign of slowing down and KMN has not responded until now, there is still plenty of upside.
