Philsm MOG stated in the RI offer document that drilling would commence on or about the date to which the AGM was reconvened AGM will reconvene on 11-12-2009 so I expect they will want funding wrapped up by then. I wouldn't be too keen on getting my RI shares allotted after drilling had commenced. Details of Artemis farminee would be good (if they eventuate) but with drilling of Artemis at least 9 months away I don't think it will make much difference in the short term. Anyway, MOG free carried on one well only, regardless of what deal MEO can get with a farminee. In the meantime, I think the various transactions up for vote will have to be sweetened further in favor of shareholders to get a meaningful takeup of the RI.
