100% agree ifandwhen...today's trading was just the reatil dumping their confusion into the market. I believe this dog will have a little more downside and probably then will be worth to have a look. MY target is $3.75 - $4.00 to buy a small parcel for long time. If I don't get it, I'm happy to go further for some stability. I'm curious about dividends as well.
