Its not going hard into .09 because there is no percieved urgency.
With 55M on offer there, potential buyers are not under any pressure *yet* to get on board.
As often happens, that wall will drop slowly to a certain level until that sense of urgency enters - and when it does it will act as a "accelerator". The last 20-30M IMO will be snapped up fast.
