scotty, those ROYR only convert to ROY shares if you have sent off your application form, along with your cheque for 10c for every ROY Right you held.
If you haven't done that, then your RIGHTS have lapsed and you will be one of the 9% who did not take up his entitlement...and it will be too late to do anything about it.
