My concerns are as mentioned above,
Centro properties although cash strapped at the moment would probably like to take over more of CER or it's assets.
market cap is currently at 391 million.
Share price goes down, they will maybe throw an offer slightly above just at the time before asset prices go up.
Right at the bottom of the cycle when everything is pointing upwards.
Surely, with all the media attention, ASIC, shareholders and class action they won't try and pull something stupid like this off.
They have time now. Gearing for the upcoming debt is i think only 55%. This should be no problems with limited restrictions.
Australian Assets about to bounce due to confidence in our economy and a constant growth in NOI.
Hedges been closed off.
Separation widening.
I can't think of any short term hurdles. (please post if you know of any)
