:OXX is particpating and have over $30mil cash
:Gascorp and Batavia are covered by MOG's farmin
:Aust Oil and Gas Corp just sold their stake in Oliver for ~USD$4mil so they have funds for BH/C
:Goldsborough has a fully underwritten RI
