Have I missed something in trying to keep up with all the announcements/notices/transactions from MOG recently bcos I don't know what an excluded offeree (EO) is. I don't recollect a previous reference to such a beast. Can anyone shed any light on this?
I note that the beast represents 15% of the issued capital pre the Rankin Trend transaction but that doesn't cause the penny to drop on what or who an EO is.
