    re: Ann: Placement of 11,925,822 shares to Ex... Just realised the (odd number)11,925,822 share placement is exactly 15% of the prior shares on issue. Up to 15% doesn't require shareholder approval.
    Obviuosly they sweetened the deal to offerees by making them cum RI entitlement.
    Sort of like giving a free 1:1 attached option exercisable at 18c.
