Just noticed several announcements posted late Friday from the ASX re voting waivers, consolidation and registered office change?

VOTING WAIVERS - Several ASX 'decisions'.

All acaedemic now I expect but can anyone explain to me what the possible impact on the vote may be?

CONSOLIDATION - if vote goes through existing BBI to receive 4c based on their 16 November 2009 holdings.

Every 15,000 BBI stapled securities will then be consolidated (subject to resolution 5) into one stapled security with fractions round down to the nearest whole number.

BBI Securityholders with parcels of less than 15,000 stapled securities will therefore cease to be BBI Securityholders following the consolidation.

The Recapitalisation may occur without consolidation occurring.

However, the security consolidation will not occur unless the Recapitalisation occurs.
