well it looks like the instos have done with the Beppa buys where only retail punters are coming in for the scraps now

either BAM reckons it has locked-in enough for a YES, or some dark horse or horses have locked-in enough for a NO vote

we could see a final spurt come Wednesday (T+3 before effective interest for voting takes effect - is that right?), otherwise it all comes down to the vote now...
