    lu888,

I was also hoping this would be the case but I think the SPP has ruled that out (at least in the short term) - if they wanted to, they could have come to the rescue before CMV had a chance to fix up their balance sheet.

Share price action is very interesting - actually the day before SPP shares were allotted, a very large sell order appeared at 10.5c that was very hard to break - and then all those hoping to get some quick cash started selling at a loss. My original reaction was that someone is artifically forcing the price to stay at or below 10c mark so that they could accummulate but lack of buyers is alarming.

I'm still holding my $15k (or should I say $12k)worth from SPP and in it for a long term. I found recent announcement that they raised $25m as a very positive one and Scholz voluntarily throwing some $4m at the company is encouraging. I think it's extremely cheap compared to SGM and especially considering prospects for metal prices and environmental awareness over medium-long term should provide enough demand for their services.

On the final note, now it's a much safer company than it was 2 months ago (when it barely had enough cash to support its operations) and is an excellent entry point for most (or to average down for us).

I just don't see Scholz (who have been loyal supporters over the years), owning 40%, sitting there watching their investment go out of business, can you?
